What would you do with your life if you had more community?
Gather Together cultivates personal and collective healing through compassion and nonviolence.
The crosspollination of folks with all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs is welcomed and actively sought.
Each monthly gathering invites deep individual and group exploration of a specific topic, with compassion-focused teachings informed by Nonviolent Communication, Interpersonal Neurobiology, metta mindfulness, attachment theory, and other restorative modalities.

“When I recently happened upon Angela’s workshop, I felt as though I had stumbled upon a small pot of gold….I felt welcomed, seen, and cared about. There was so much safety and space to be authentic. Angela truly embodies what she teaches and what she shares is of great value and importance. I left the experience feeling grateful, inspired, blessed, and excited for more learning and discovery.” ~Jacqueline, San Mateo, CA
